At Healing Within Psychotherapy, we believe that people deserve a space where they don't have to explain, minimize, or hide what they're going through. Therapy is an opportunity to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and better understand what you need to move forward.

Our team of social workers and psychotherapists takes a collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach, recognizing that every part of your life matters. We understand that no two people—or healing processes—look the same.

We have a particular passion for supporting individuals and families affected by trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, and disordered eating.

We support civilians who have experienced trauma, as well as firefighters, paramedics, police officers, veterans, correctional officers, 911 operators, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals experiencing the impact of their work.

We also support individuals experiencing anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder, ARFID, compulsive exercise, and other eating and feeding concerns. We believe eating disorders are about so much more than food or body image. When we understand what’s underneath the behaviour, the behaviour begins to make sense.
